Well located, fast access to the stations like vauxhall and victoria, which is very important for a tourist.
No elevator, quite heavy to bring the lugages to the upper floor. But the hotel guardian can help to keep an eye on your lugagues in case that you leave lugages in front of his office.

The staff are friendly. Even the room doesn't have the bathroom, it's easy to find the shower room in the upper and down stairs, and normally there are not many people sharing with you. The location is excellent, close to the underground tube station, and many supermarkets and restaurants around it. The price is pretty good considering London is a very expensive city.
The hotel doesn't have the luggage room, so if you need to catch a late flight, and have to store the luggages temporarily after checking out, you have to put them just in the corridor, which is not safe.
